League Format – 2009

 

• The league will consist of two divisions, A and B.
• The top 5 teams from the A division based on overall record from last year AND the winner of the B division from last year will automatically be in the A division.
• The season opening tournament will determine the remaining teams to be placed in the A division.  All other teams will be placed in the B division.
• The season opening tournament will be played on May 9^th and 10^th.
• The regular season starts on May 17^th.
• We do not play on May 24^th.
• A team is allowed three regular season makeup dates due to tournament play.
• The season ending tournament will be played on August 8^th and 9^th and will be double elimination.  Seeding for the bracket will be determined by your overall record (Ave. Runs Against per Game is the tiebreaker).
