I am going to try and run the "B" Division tournament August 7th this year. We will play at Cooper again if only 6 teams are interested in playing. If we get more than that to play we will play at the complex due to time constraints. Anyone in the "B" division interested call me asap, we will be using the same format as last year and I will list the rules as soon as I have reviewed them and can get them posted. Remember (6) teams on 1 field all day will put the if necessary game at 7pm so it is impossible to take more than 6 and play only at Cooper.

Greenville VFW is in there like swim wear. We may have to have a drink off this year, after seeing the display some of your boys put on in OBX, VFW will surely be the favorites LOL !!

Open to any team in the "B" Division (2) pickups from either division (upper or lower).
Double Elimination(2 and 1 count) Nsa/Asa Bats
$ 150 a team must be paid at drawing August 5th.
(3) Homeruns then inning ending outs.
No Courtesy foul.
Mercy rule 20 after (3), 15 after (4), 10 after (5) innings.
No Stealing/ metal spikes are allowed DH and EH are permitted.
4' to 10' arc, mat and plate are strikes.
Courtesy runner will be last out.
I have 2 teams in for sure and (2) other penciled in, get in asap because if I only get (6) teams we will cut it off at that and play at Cooper.

Marty....Could you put Stumpy's Stud Service in this tourney....We would need a noon game since we are usually really busy and open late on Friday nights.

Stumpy's is in, since they are all midgets the entry fee is only $ 75.00 for them, and they are allowed to use fast pitch bats LOL !!

9am Field (1) The Nut vs. The Blue team (Balls or Nuts and Blue in the same sentance... not good)
9am Field (3) The Playground/HH vs. DD/ KP Trucking (Tommy don't get excited they are a rec team with (0) tournament wins this year)
10am Field (1) Plan B vs. Jamestown Screen Printing (Randy said "If you guys beat us, you will be ordering from Custom Corner next year !!)
10am Field (3) High Street vs. Pfaff Landscaping (Bars and Landscapers don't mix... have you seen my yard lately LOL !!!
Here's to good weekend of Softball, food, and most importantly fun !! We really appreciate you guys wanting to play and hope this weekend is a good one for everyone. We will be playing all games at the complex and serving dogs, burgers, and beers so come have a good time and lets play ball !!!
